- Manage PR activities, develop media kits and co-ordinate journalists
- Co-ordinate the design and production of all marketing material (first announcement, brochures, flyers, mailers, banners, advertisements, promotional gifts)
- Manage registration, logistics, speakers, venue and 3rd party contractors
- Communicate any messages to delegates directly or through chairperson
- Act as a point of contact for client on all on site requirements
- Manage build up, strike and approve daily charges in accordance with the budget.
