Our integrated, cloud-based solution addresses the entire event life-cycle by allowing event and meeting planners to organize, market and manage their meetings, conferences, tradeshows and other events.

For the event and meeting planner side of the value chain, which includes corporations, associations, not for-profits, government agencies and universities, events and meetings are an integral way to build and strengthen relationships with customers, prospects, employees and partners. EventiveCloud includes external events, such as conferences, tradeshows, and customer summits, as well as internal functions, such as sales meetings, training seminars and team-building events. Planning and running an event can be a highly complex, inefficient and time-consuming task when managed using traditional manual processes and disparate solutions. We address these challenges by providing planners an integrated platform with solutions that unify the full life-cycle of an event. Meeting planners use our solution to identify the appropriate venue, secure a competitive proposal from the hotel or venue, manage budgets, market the event, send invitations, utilize pre-event surveys, establish a social media presence for the event, process registrations, manage fee collections, manage event logistics such as travel and lodging, survey and engage attendees, and analyse event results and survey feedback following the event. For the hotel and venue side of the value chain, group events and meetings are a vital source of revenue and profit. At certain types of hotels, group events and meetings can constitute approximately one-third of total revenue. Q. How quickly can I get started with Eventive?

A. Once you have found the right plan for your requirements, select Order, follow the on screen instructions to set up your account and log in credentials. Our system has been created to make it easy and straight forward to use. You can be set up with an account in just a few minutes as soon as your payment is approved. We will then provide you with an account manager to conduct an online training session with you if needed and to help you set up your first event. Ensure to indicate the best time to contact you to make that arrangement.

Q. How secure is Eventive?

A. Eventive is a cloud based software solution deployed on Microsoft Azure, a secure server hosted and managed by Microsoft Corporation in Seattle, USA.

Security: We keep our customer data safe

Microsoft has leveraged its decades-long experience building enterprise software and running some of the world’s largest online services to create a robust set of security technologies and practices. These help ensure that Azure infrastructure is resilient to attack, safeguards user access to the Azure environment, and helps keep customer data secure through encrypted communications as well as threat management and mitigation practices, including regular penetration testing.

Managing and controlling identity and user access
to our environments, data, and applications by federating user identities to Azure Active Directory and enabling multi-factor authentication for more secure sign-in.

Encrypting communications and operation processes. For data in transit, Azure uses industry-standard transport protocols between user devices and Microsoft data centres, and within data centres themselves. For data at rest, Azure offers a wide range of encryption capabilities up to AES-256 (Advanced Encryption Standard), giving us the flexibility to choose the solution that best meets our needs.

Securing networks. Azure provides the infrastructure necessary to securely connect virtual machines to one another and to connect on-premises data centres with Azure Virtual Machines. Azure blocks unauthorised traffic to and within Microsoft data centres, using a variety of technologies. Azure Virtual Network extends our on-premises network to the cloud through site-to-site VPN (Virtual Private Network).

Managing threats. To protect against online threats, Azure offers Microsoft Anti Malware for cloud services and virtual machines. Microsoft also employs intrusion detection, denial-of-service (DDoS) attack prevention, regular penetration testing, and data analytics and machine learning tools to help mitigate threats to the Azure platform. Q. Is it possible to integrate Eventive with other applications?

A. Yes. Depending on your requirements, We have worked with many organisations in the past to create integrations with CRM systems including Salesforce, as well as integrations with websites and Intranet pages. Please see the list of available modules that can be integrated with your account. If an application you require is not listed, please contact our support team or call our helpline for quicker answers.

Q. Can I accept online payment through EventiveCloud?

A. We pride ourselves on giving users flexibility, especially in how they manage payment transactions. We integrate with secure payment gateways including Stripe, PayPal, amongst others. Once you have an account with one of these providers set up, enter your account key in our system and EventiveCloud will do the rest. Delegates will be redirected to these payment gateways when they register for a paid event. Alternatively you can use our advanced invoicing system which will automatically generate invoices and receipts for each of your bookings.

Q. Can I manage group bookings with EventiveCloud?

A. Yes. Delegates can register themselves and others on our system. If you have a large group, the group leader can bulk add attendees.

Q. Does EventiveCloud handle accommodation rooming lists?

A. Yes. With EventiveCloud, you can ask your delegates to register for hotel rooms and pull off a rooming list of those who have registered for that hotel. It doesn’t end there, as an example you may be running a 3 day conference that includes a free day for delegates to take a break on one of the days and do an excursion, they can fill out their excursion interest upon registration and you can compile a booking sheet for that excursion too to make your life easier to book the excursion with the service provider.

Q. Can I use my own company branding?

A. Yes, EventiveCloud is completely white-labelled, which means you can use all your own branding in your emails, booking forms and website. This is your event and we recognise the importance of your delegates understanding this and cementing that trust and professional image. We don’t use our corporate identity on any of your forms, other that really small at the bottom indicating that “Powered by EventiveCloud”.

Q. Can I get a demonstration of EventiveCloud?

A. Yes, We offer free individual online demonstrations of our software for a duration of 30 days upon which you will receive communication to upgrade your account if you wish to do so. Q. Do you offer an Events Calendar Site?

A. Yes, We offer free information on forthcoming and past events globally. Our system will recognise the location address where you have created your event. Based on that location, all published events nearest to that location will be automatically populated. Furthermore our system is so smart that it even suggests flights, event venues, hotels and other accommodation facilities in the area where your events are taking place.
